High Pressure Pumping

DPPL High-Pressure Pumps have been used to pump fluid at pressures of 200 psi – 10,000 psi, depending on the client’s project needs. Such pumps are used mainly in Oil, Water, and Chemical pumping field applications.

These pumps are applicable for Hydro-testing of new pipelines, integrity checks of existing pipelines, and facilities reinstatement services. They can also be used to recover stuck pig and leak tests. These Pumps are also designed to transfer hydrocarbon fluid, Crudes, and water re-injection applications.

Lube Oil/Hot Oil Flushing

DPPL Oil condition monitoring services helps clients clean their turbine oil, carry out hot oil flushing services, and measure mineral/water base oil/engine oils, lubricating oils, and other fluids for detection of lubricant engine wear and other problems that lead to costly engine failures. Protect your engines with oil condition monitoring using our Lube Oil Pump with test results, presented in an easy-to-read and understandable report using our particle counter. The Oil Condition Monitoring laboratories use Spectrometry, Viscosity, Dilution, Water detection, Acid Number, Base Number, Particle counting, and Microscopy to accurately test lubricant oil samples.
